To identify individuals with pre-diabetes or pre-hypertension, we will conduct a 2-phase screening process. Employees will be eligible if-
1.Working full-time/ contractual and >18yr of age
2.Have prediabetes (hba1c of 5.7-6.4%) or diabetes (hba1c>=6.5%); {not currently taking any diabetes medications} or
3.Are pre-hypertensive (120-139 mmHg, 80-89 mmHg); they self-report eating at the worksite canteen at least 3 times per week
1.Pregnant women
2.On diabetes medication;
3.On hypertensive medication or
4.Screened individuals identified as diabetic or hypertensive
5.Breastfeeding
6.Without history of heart disease and
7.Current serious illness, or conditions, which would impede participation in an unsupervised physical activity and diet, change program.
