排除标准
- •1.Patient Refusal
- •2.Morbid Obesity
- •3.Contraindication to subarachnoid block
- •4.Coexisting severe medical illness like severe respiratory disease(SpO2 <90% on air),severe cardiac disease(congestive heart failure,severe valvular dysfunction,Ejection fraction <45%(history of Myocardial infarction)),Moderate to severe hypertension(BP >160/100)
- •5.Neurological Disease (Stroke,Alzheimer,Paralysis)
- •6.Psychiatric Disease,uncontrolled endocrine disorder
- •7.Coagulation abnormalities
