- •1.Adult patients, requiring elective surgery under general anesthesia with proseal LMA insertion.
- •2.Patients fulfilling ASA physical status I & II.
- •3.Age 20 – 60 years old adults.
排除标准
- •1.Patients requiring rapid sequence induction
- •2.Patients having Cardiovascular, neurological and psychiatric disorders.
- •3.History of hypertension, diabetes mellitus.
- •4.Pregnant or lactating women.
- •5.Anticipated difficult airway.
- •6.Any known contraindications to ketamine or propofol.
