Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.People with knee OA people (age 40\-65 years) will be recruited for the study.
- •2\.People will be screened for inclusion based on X ray findings to confirm knee OA.
- •3\.Patients with Grade1\-3 unilateral or bilateral knee OA, on Kellgren Lawrence Scale, presence of symptoms of knee OA defined by American College of Rheumatology such as pain in knee, age \>50, warmth, swelling, crepitus, bony tenderness and bony enlargement.
- •4\.Patients with access to a personal computer with internet connectivity at home/ mobile phone with short message service (SMS)/android phone/ functionality to login to the web application with two factor authentications
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.Patients with grade 4 knee OA, severe knee varus deformity, patients engaged in specific sports, recreational physical activity or rehabilitation programs, patients with traumatic, other degenerative, autoimmune, developmental musculoskeletal or neurological disorders.
- •2\.Patients with cardiovascular and pulmonary disorders, resting blood pressure \>150/90mmHg, 3\.Patients with cognitive issues which will prevent comprehension of instructions
