Inclusion Criteria

1 Patients with Thrombolytic Stroke recently diagnosed Through MRI Brain 15 Days to 6 Months

2 Patients with Thrombolytic Stroke of either Gender having Age group Between 21 to 70 years and willing to give written Informed Consent and Abide Instruction

3 Patients fit for Matra Vasti and Nasya Karma

4 Patients having controlled Hypertension Systolic B.P.less or equal to 140 mmhg AND Diastolic B.P.less or equal to 90 mmHg and Controlled Diabetes Mellitus FBS less or equal to130mg per dl PPBS less or equal to 180 mg per dl

Exclusion Criteria

Patients having Cardiac Disease like AMI Angina etc

Patients having DM-Neuropathy Retinopathy

Pregnant and Lactating women

Patient with Acute complication like Cirrhosis of liver Pancreatitis and Hypoglycemic shock
