Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patient with external metal fixator
  • 2 Patient who will be able to follow instruction
  • 3 Patient with single orthopedic injury
  • 4 Patient with multiple orthopedic injuries

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1 Patient with chronic diseases like DM, HTN
  • 2 Patient with systemic infection after diagnostic test
  • 3 Patient with previous pin insertion site infection
