Inclusion Criteria
The persons who are included in the trial should have 18 years. These should be treated at the university hospital of Heidelberg since 2010 with the Qutenza-plaster for the reason of chronic neuropathic pain.
Exclusion Criteria
It doesn´t exist an exclusion criteria.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method Intensity of the pain bevor and after the treatment with the Qutenza-plaster. A positive effect can be detect when the pain scale (numeric rating scale) is reduced by =3 points.<br>The process data is collected in the files of patients and a questionnaire.
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method -change of quality of pain<br>-quality of life<br>-diagnosis of the pain<br>-number of treatments with the patch<br>-quality of sleep<br>-side effects<br>-non-medicinal therapy (additional)<br>-change of medication<br>-intensity of current pain<br><br>The survey will be realized with a individually developed questionnaire. This one will be hand over to all patients at the end of October 2016 and includes questions about one to six treatments.
