Inclusion Criteria

The inclusion criteria: Elective cesarean section with spinal anesthesia - Do not have surgery other than cesarean- Do not have preoperative hemoglobin less than 10 - Not receiving medication to 6 hours after operation, except for antibiotics and analgesics- NPO for at least 6-8 hours before or after surgery.

Exclusion criteria: Previous history of nausea and vomiting, or motion sickness, obesity, diabetes, smoking, anxiety (scores =7 of VAS), gastric diseases, Orthostatic hypotension, allergic to peppers, the need for corticosteroid treatment after surgery, middle ear disease, dizziness, high blood pressure (= 140/90)
