The time endpoint of the study is the CTF measurement (Cramp Threshold Frequency) 3 hours after the nasal spray application. At each times after this application the change of the CTF of the calf muscles by EMG and EMS will be checked. Before application of the spray and 15 minutes, 1.5 and 3 hours after, the CTF-determination for measuring the minimum pacing rate, which triggers a spasm in the medial gastrocnemius muscle will be measured.
