pregravid obesity (body mass index equal or greater 30 kg/squaremeters befor pregnancy) and/or mean pulsatility index (PI) of the uterine arteries greater than 95. centile
person not capable of giving consent, no informed consent, intrauterine fetal death, chromosomal aberrations, severe fetal malformations, premature preterm rupture of membranes, known anti-phospholipid syndrome, history of pre-eclampsia or pregnancy induced hypertension in a previous pregnancy, multiple gestation, chronic kidney disease, diabetes mellitus type 1, eye diseased of diagnostic relevance: cloudiness of the optical media, missing adherence, relevant diseases of the cornea and retina, existence of at least one of the following lab criterions at time point of study inclusion: creatinine = 90µmol/l, proteinuria = 300mg/d, protein creatinine ratio = 0,3 mg/mg or u-stick > 1+, ALT/AST > 40 IU/l resp. >0,67µkat/l, platelets < 150 x 10^9/l.
