Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mechanical low back pain with hip internal rotation range less than 35 degrees
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non mechanical pain(unrelated to time or activity)
- •Low back pain with radiating symptoms
- •Low back pain with serious pathology(eg cancer, Fracture, infection)
- •Previous surgery of lumbar spine or hip
- •Feeling unwell weight loss
- •structural spinal deformity
- •non organic signs(waddell score more than 3)
