Inclusion Criteria
1.Players between the age group of 18-30 years.
2.Recreational- plays at least 3 times per week
3.Per session- 30 minutes of play
4.Flexibility – According to shoulder reach flexibility test, distance between fingers must be 5cm or more.
Exclusion Criteria
1.Recent upper limb injury. (6 months)
2.Recent surgeries ( 1 Year)
3.Joint instability.
4.Any neurological, cardiovascular, metabolic disease.
5.Those who are into any kind of fitness regimen
