Inclusion Criteria
Adult patients aged with 20 to 79 requiring central venous catheterization under general anesthesia for elective neurosurgery
Exclusion Criteria
infection or medical devices (chemoport, pacemaker, etc.) at the puncture site
right subclavian venous thrombosis, hemostatic disorders
vegetation of tricuspid valve
current anticoagulant medication prescriptions
absolute or relative contraindication of subclavian venous catheterization
