Inclusion Criteria

-Healthy volunteers
-Subjects with no psychiatric disorders and high hypnotizability.
-Participant satisfaction

Exclusion Criteria

-Diabetic patient
-Patient with thyroid disease, Carpal tunnel syndrome
-Contraindication of hypnosis including Psychosis (schizophrenia) ,major depression with tendency to suicide, some of pathological personality disorder, and paranoid disorders
-Unwillingness to participate
