1. Patients scheduled for surgery under spinal anesthesia
2. American Society of Anesthesiologist Patient Status I~III
(I is a normal healthy patient, II is patient with mild systemic disease and III is patient with moderate systemic disease).
3. 19 ~ 70 year old
- Conversion to general anesthesia before the end of surgery
- Core temperature measured in the preoperative ward = 37.6°C or < 36.0°C
- Obesity (Body mass index >35 kg/m2)
- Uncontrolled diabetes
- Abnormal thyroid function
- Contraindications to spinal anesthesia
- Infection
- Psychiatric patients
- Patients with cognitive impairment
