Adults 19 years of age or older
- Patients who visited the hospital within 1 week of symptom onset
- Patients with vestibular dysfunction observed in video oculography or video head impulse test
- Patients with cerebral infarction confirmed by MRI in the cerebellum or brainstem
- Patients who consented to participate in this study
- Patients with clinically serious diseases (liver disease, kidney disease, malignancy, etc.)
- Patients who are unable to participate due to the judgment of other researchers
- Those who do not agree to participate in the study
