入选标准
- •1.Patients with unresectable /inoperable buccal mucosa cancer.
- •2.Histologic confirmation of squamous cell carcinoma.
- •3.Stage IV tumors (T4b/N0-3 disease)
- •4.Patient willing and reliable for follow up.
排除标准
- •2.Age>70 years
- •3.Life expectancy <6 mths
- •4.Gross involvement of bone
- •5.Prior radiotherapy to head and neck region
- •6.Any other malignancyin any other site (except non squamous skin cancers)
- •7.Severe co-morbid conditions (severe cardiac disorder, severe bronchial asthama, psychological disorder)
