Exclusion Criteria
1. Smokers
2. History of upper respiratory tract infection in the last one month
3. Anticipated difficult airway
4. Patients with reactive airway disease
5. Need for re-intubation due to any reason
6. Surgeries requiring repeated oral

Incidence of injury as detected by laryngoscopy and blood stained exterior of the ETT. <br/ ><br>4.
