1. Aged 18-65 years old;
2. Meet the above diagnostic criteria of acute, convalescent and Tibetan medicine classification of cerebral infarction;
3. The vital signs are stable, conscious and able to express;
4. Be able to use mobile phone terminals or family members to cooperate with the use of evaluation; 5. Sign an informed consent form and agree to participate in this study; only those who meet the above five items can be selected.
1. Suffer from other serious somatic diseases, such as malignant tumor, severe infection, multiple organ failure, etc.
2.Patients with unstable vital signs;
3. Those with severe aphasia and agnosia are unable to communicate;
4. A person who is known to be alcoholic or materially dependent;
5. Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; those who meet one of the above items shall be excluded.
