Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Subject with age criteria from 18\- 25 years of both genders
- •Subject having tight hamstring with 20° knee\-extension deficit following active knee extension test.
Exclusion Criteria
- •Individuals involved in any regular physical activity (atleast 4 times a week).
- •No physical impairments in either the lower limbs or lower back in the previous year.
- •Should not have any neurological deficits or spinal pathology.
