Inclusion Criteria
Patients with Open Heart Surgery
Patients who are hemodynamically stable
Patients aged more than 20 years
Both the genders
Patients willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
Patients with psychiatric illness or having problem with understanding
Patients with unstable angina
Patients with ejection fraction <30%
Patients with oral lesions
Patients having neuromuscular conditions or respiratory illness like COPD, Tuberculosis
