- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with the tray training on the increase of respiratory muscle strength through the evaluation of inspiratory respiratory muscle strength and expiratory muscle strength by the manovacuometer. The expected hypothesis is the significant improvement in inspiratory muscle strength and expiratory after the intervention for the experimental group<br>;To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with the tray baseline training on increasing aerobic functional capacity through Yoyo level 1 intermittent resistance test of 10. The expected hypothesis is the significant improvement in inspiratory and expiratory muscle strength after the intervention for the experimental group
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with the tray training on inspiratory muscle fatigue, through the evaluation of maximal inspiratory pressures by manovacuometry after the maximal effort test. Significant improvement in inspiratory muscle strength was observed after intervention for the experimental group; To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with the tray foundation training on the agility of athletes, the T-TEST will be used. The expected hypothesis is an improvement of the agility of the evaluated athletes; To evaluate the effects of an inspiratory muscle training program associated with tray foundation training on thoracic cirtometry through assessment of chest mobility between inhalation and expiration. A change in respiratory pattern was observed after the intervention for the experimental group
