Individuals of both sexes diagnosed with moderate or severe obstructive sleep apnea by polysomnography or polygraphy; be between 30 and 70 years old; no history of specific apnea treatment in the last two months; sedentary or insufficiently active according to the International Physical Activity Questionnaire
History of neuromuscular disorders; infectious diseases; immunological diseases; tumors; peripheral vascular diseases; coagulation disorders; liver or kidney disease; severe psychogenic disorders or acute or chronic renal failure; platelet patients; hx of head or neck injury or surgery in the last 3 months; administration of hormones, immunosuppressants, cytotoxins or free radical scavengers; use of medications such as oral corticosteroids, central nervous system depressants, barbiturates and / or muscle relaxants, patients with impaired cognitive impairing the understanding and execution of research procedures
