1. 19-70 years
2. elective surgery, American Society of Anesthesiologist I-II
3. General anesthesia with desflurane-remifentanil
4. Thyroidectomy
Exclusion Criteria
1.Allergy or hypersensitivity with opioids analgesic
2.Alcohol or drug abuse
3.Chronic opioid, analgesic users
4.Chronic pain
5.Pscychiatric disease
