Inclusion Criteria
1. Patients with isolated chest trauma with or without chest tube.
Exclusion Criteria
1. Neurotrauma and/or Orthopedic patients with restricting mobility.
2. Children and pregnant women
3. Patient with malignancies, coagulation and bleeding disorders
4. Patient not giving consent
5. Pre- existing disability which may interfere with yoga therapy
