Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •aged \= 19 years old
- •histologically confirmed stage I\~III breast cancer
- •completed neoadjuvant or adjuvant taxane\-based chemotherapy
- •the average severity of CIPN is moderate to severe (NRS ?4\)
- •started standard treatment (Duloxetine) for CIPN within a month.
- •life expenctancy more than six months
- •signed informed consent
Exclusion Criteria
- •receiving chemotherapy.
- •diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy.
- •diagnosed with neuropathy from any type of nerve compression
- •suspected alcohol or drug abuse
- •having received acupuncture treatment in the past one month
- •severe hemorrhagic coagulopathy or bleeding tendency.
- •pregnant, lactating, or planning to be pregnant
- •any other condition that the researcher considers to be inappropriate
