Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • aged \= 19 years old
  • histologically confirmed stage I\~III breast cancer
  • completed neoadjuvant or adjuvant taxane\-based chemotherapy
  • the average severity of CIPN is moderate to severe (NRS ?4\)
  • started standard treatment (Duloxetine) for CIPN within a month.
  • life expenctancy more than six months
  • signed informed consent

Exclusion Criteria

  • receiving chemotherapy.
  • diagnosed with diabetic neuropathy.
  • diagnosed with neuropathy from any type of nerve compression
  • suspected alcohol or drug abuse
  • having received acupuncture treatment in the past one month
  • severe hemorrhagic coagulopathy or bleeding tendency.
  • pregnant, lactating, or planning to be pregnant
  • any other condition that the researcher considers to be inappropriate
