Inclusion Criteria
1) Young adults in the age of 18-29.
2) Participants with Obesity class I, II and III.
3) Participants able to walk for 6 minutes independently.
4) Willing to participate
Exclusion Criteria
1) Participants diagnosed with any lung disease.
2) Participants with issues related to cognition and balance impairment.
3) Participants having any other co-morbidity other than obesity.
