Inclusion Criteria
Patients of American Society of Anaesthesiologists physical grade I or II
Exclusion Criteria
1. Patients undergoing head and neck surgeries where cough reflex has to be assessed during extubation
2. Patients with history of recent respiratory infection
3. Patients with history of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease, asthma
4. Anticipated difficult intubation
5. Emergency surgery
