入选标准
- •Adult patients aged 18-80 years with ARDS as per the Berlin criteria.
- •ARDS patients who are not COVID-19-positive patients.
- •Patients of ARDS on invasive mechanical ventilation (IMV).
- •Patients who are recruited within 48 hours of ARDS diagnosis.
排除标准
- •Patients with chest trauma and ARDS.
- •Patients who are already known to have chronic kidney disease (CKD).
- •Documented air leak syndromes.
- •ARDS patients who were planned for palliative care.
- •ARDS patients on non-invasive ventilation.
- •Patients in whom DVT is proven where femoral vein assessment may be inaccurate.
