1st-3rd grade anesthesiology resident
2) Simulation subject(patients)
Patient who needs radial artery cannulation during operation
1) Simulation subject(doctors)
- Subjects did not agree to the study
- Subjects who had experience of US guided radial artery cannulation more than 5 times
- Subjects who scored below 90 at the written test
2) Simulation subject(patients)
- Sign of skin infection
- Wound near the insertion site
- Abnormal vascular circulation of the hand, Allen's test(+)
- History of radial artery cannulation within 1 month
- History of peripheral artery disease
