Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\) Simulation subject(doctors)
- •1st\-3rd grade anesthesiology resident
- •2\) Simulation subject(patients)
- •Patient who needs radial artery cannulation during operation
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\) Simulation subject(doctors)
- •\- Subjects did not agree to the study
- •\- Subjects who had experience of US guided radial artery cannulation more than 5 times
- •\- Subjects who scored below 90 at the written test
- •2\) Simulation subject(patients)
- •\- Sign of skin infection
- •\- Wound near the insertion site
- •\- Abnormal vascular circulation of the hand, Allen's test(\+)
- •\- History of radial artery cannulation within 1 month
- •\- History of peripheral artery disease
