- •1st-3rd grade anesthesiology resident
- •2) Simulation subject(patients)
- •Patient who needs radial artery cannulation during operation
排除标准
- •1) Simulation subject(doctors)
- •- Subjects did not agree to the study
- •- Subjects who had experience of US guided radial artery cannulation more than 5 times
- •- Subjects who scored below 90 at the written test
- •2) Simulation subject(patients)
- •- Sign of skin infection
- •- Wound near the insertion site
- •- Abnormal vascular circulation of the hand, Allen's test(+)
- •- History of radial artery cannulation within 1 month
- •- History of peripheral artery disease
