Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Simulation subject(doctors)
  • 1st\-3rd grade anesthesiology resident
  • 2\) Simulation subject(patients)
  • Patient who needs radial artery cannulation during operation

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\) Simulation subject(doctors)
  • \- Subjects did not agree to the study
  • \- Subjects who had experience of US guided radial artery cannulation more than 5 times
  • \- Subjects who scored below 90 at the written test
  • 2\) Simulation subject(patients)
  • \- Sign of skin infection
  • \- Wound near the insertion site
  • \- Abnormal vascular circulation of the hand, Allen's test(\+)
  • \- History of radial artery cannulation within 1 month
  • \- History of peripheral artery disease
