Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •The nursing officer who is working at AIIMS Gorakhpur in the Obstetrics and Gynecology OPD,
- •antenatal ward postnatal ward emergency OT preoperative ward, post\-operative ward and labor room.
Exclusion Criteria
- •The nursing officer who is not willing to participate continuously for 4 days of simulation training program. The nursing officer who had prior experience of simulation\-based training on PPH will be excluded.
