All patients with Down syndrome; older than 18 years; negative behavior for dental care;,
controlled Hypertension; controlled hypothyroidism; controlled diabetes
All patients with Down syndrome, who showed no change in behavior and were receptive to dental treatment; Down syndrome patients who were uncontrolled hypertension; type 1 diabetes; respiratory failure; asthma and renal failure; patients can be treated by the dentist after receiving counseling; all patients with medical contraindications for the use of midazolam.
