Current tension-related discomfort/pain in the neck, head and/or shoulder area.

Exclusion Criteria

Current therapeutic or medical treatment due to complaints/pain in the back region, diagnosis of a degenerative disease in the back region, general inflammatory disease in the back region (e.g. rheumatic disease or arthritis).
