ASA one and two, patients posted for elective infraumbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia

排除标准

patients allergic to local anesthetic, patient refusal, BMI more than 30, coaugulopathy, local site infection

Intervention1: 15mg of 0.5% Ropivacaine along with 5 micrograms of dexmedetomidine is injected intrathecaly: 15mg of 0.5% Ropivacaine along with 5 micrograms of dexmedetomidine is injected intrathecaly to the patients undergoing infraumbilical surgery under spinal anesthesia
