Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Persons diagnosed with Adjustment disorder according to DSM\-5
- •Persons who can comprehend and able to speak either of these languages Hindi or English
- •Those who will give consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
- •Any major physical illness or physical disability, mental retardation, neurological disorder and substance dependence except nicotine and caffeine
- •people who are already receiving the psychosocial intervention
- •People with suicidal ideation
