Inclusion Criteria
Persons diagnosed with Adjustment disorder according to DSM-5
Persons who can comprehend and able to speak either of these languages Hindi or English
Those who will give consent to participate in the study
Exclusion Criteria
Any major physical illness or physical disability, mental retardation, neurological disorder and substance dependence except nicotine and caffeine
people who are already receiving the psychosocial intervention
People with suicidal ideation
