Patients presenting with classical symptoms of ardhavabhedaka and ICHD criteria for migraine without aura .
patients between the age group of 18-70 yrs of age
patients who are fit for nasya karma
a) Patients suffering from Secondary headache due to meningitis ,tumour ,encephalitis
b) pregnancy,lactating females and during menstruation
c) patients having migraine other than migraine without aura
d) patients with uncontrolled diabetes ,tuberculosis ,hypertension and any other systemic disorders ,
