Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Patients with ECMO with stable oxygenation (paO2\=55mmHg, SaO2\>\=88%), hemodynamic stability (MAP\>\=65mmHg, Cardiac Index \>\=2,5L/min/m^2\)
Exclusion Criteria
- •kongenital heart defects, severe valvular dysfunction or severe arrhythmia, life expectancy \<24h, contraindications for TEE
