- •American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status I and II scheduled for elective nasal surgeries under general anesthesia with endotracheal tube
排除标准
- •patients who are allergic to study drug (lignocaine)
- •patients with anticipated difficult airway or at risk of aspiration will be excluded from our study
- •Patients with retching and vomiting during emergence
- •patients will be excluded if extubation is done less than one hour after intubation
