- •1.Any contraindication to head of bed elevation,
- •2.Contraindication to Ryle’s tube (RT) feeding.
- •3.Reintubation or self-extubation
- •4.Nasotracheal intubation
- •5.Onset of pneumonia less than 48 hours of endotracheal intubation
