The incidence of breast engorgement; Term single birth pregnancies with normal weight(2500-3500); Patient's consent to participate in this study; The incidence of breast engorgement symptoms in 3 to 14 days after delivery; Lack of using stop breastfeeding drugs; Lack of breast abscess, breast fissure and mastitis; No history of breast surgery; General temperature lower than 38 ° C; No prohibition of breastfeeding; Lack of allergy to Althaea officinalis L and other plants. Exclusion criteria: The incidence of allergy to Althaea officinalis L; Increased general temperatures more than 38 ° C after start of intervention; Use or need to any anti-inflammatory medication during the study; Sudden event for the cases that led to the intervention in breastfeeding; Unwillingness to continue cooperation in the study.
