Inclusion Criteria
All children between 2 years to skeletal maturity diagnosed with cerebral palsy (CP) or CP like disorder as per accepted definition
Exclusion Criteria
1.Children / parents who do not consent.
2.Children who have already undergone salvage hip surgeries.

- Primary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To develop a standardized hip surveillance protocol at BJWHC for children with cerebral palsy. <br/ ><br>2. To prevent the occurrence of hip dislocation and severe deformities by means of a continuous and standardized surveillance. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: As per AACPDM surveillance guidelines (4 WEEKS ) <br/ ><br>
- Secondary Outcome Measures
Name Time Method 1. To improve collaboration between various professionals involved in the care of children with CP (Orthopaedic surgeons, Physiotherapists, Neurologists etc.) to ensure early diagnosis of hip displacement and prompt referral. <br/ ><br>2. To develop a prospective CP hip registry. <br/ ><br>Timepoint: As per AACPDM surveillance guidelines(4 WEEKS )
