Toxic Epidermal Necrolysis
Chemical injury
Thermal injury
Idiopathic limbal stem cell deficiency
Iatrogenic limbal stem cell deficiency or post surgical limbal stem cell deficiency
medication induced limbal stem cell deficiency
1. conditions that are contraindicated to systemic immunosuppression such as renal or hepatic insufficiency, Diabetes Mellitus
2. subjects with immunodeficiency status
3. Known allergic to medication used in this studies
