入选标准
- •1.All subjects willing to participate in the study.
- •2.The subjects must have atleast 20 teeth in case of chronic periodontits with probing depth of >= 5mm, clinical attachment level >= 3mm, and radiographic evidence of alveolar bone loss on at least 2 teeth per quadrant excluding the third molars.
- •3.All the patients should be systemically healthy and should not have received periodontal treatment for at least 6 months prior to the clinical examination and sampling.
排除标准
- •1.Smokers and alcoholic patients.
- •2.Pregnant and lactating mothers.
- •3.Subjects on any medication taken within the last 6 months which may alter the periodontal status.
