Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •1\.OA knee was diagnose by ACR 1986
  • •2\.K\-L grade 2\-3
  • •3\.VAS at least 4
  • •4\.inforn and consent
  • •5\.BMI less than 29\.99

Exclusion Criteria

  • •1\.knee pain from other condition such as tendinitis
  • •2\.systemic arthritis
  • •3\.cerebrovascular disease
  • •4\.neuromuscular disease
  • •5\.history of surgery or traumatic knee
  • •6\.paracetamol allergy
  • •7\.history of treatment with physical modalities, medication or injection less than 6 months
  • •8\.skin conditions such as infection, echymosis
  • •9\.impaired cognition
  • •10\.history of tretment with ESWT
