Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •1\.OA knee was diagnose by ACR 1986
- •2\.K\-L grade 2\-3
- •3\.VAS at least 4
- •4\.inforn and consent
- •5\.BMI less than 29\.99
Exclusion Criteria
- •1\.knee pain from other condition such as tendinitis
- •2\.systemic arthritis
- •3\.cerebrovascular disease
- •4\.neuromuscular disease
- •5\.history of surgery or traumatic knee
- •6\.paracetamol allergy
- •7\.history of treatment with physical modalities, medication or injection less than 6 months
- •8\.skin conditions such as infection, echymosis
- •9\.impaired cognition
- •10\.history of tretment with ESWT
