Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • 1\.OA knee was diagnose by ACR 1986
  • 2\.K\-L grade 2\-3
  • 3\.VAS at least 4
  • 4\.inforn and consent
  • 5\.BMI less than 29\.99

Exclusion Criteria

  • 1\.knee pain from other condition such as tendinitis
  • 2\.systemic arthritis
  • 3\.cerebrovascular disease
  • 4\.neuromuscular disease
  • 5\.history of surgery or traumatic knee
  • 6\.paracetamol allergy
  • 7\.history of treatment with physical modalities, medication or injection less than 6 months
  • 8\.skin conditions such as infection, echymosis
  • 9\.impaired cognition
  • 10\.history of tretment with ESWT
