Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion Criteria

  • •Mandibular premolars with single root single canal
  • •Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
  • •Teeth with peri apical index score less than 2
  • •Patients ready to give written informed consent
  • •Cases with apical extrusion of sealer

Exclusion Criteria

  • •Non restorable and periodontally compromised teeth
  • •Teeth with calcification and resorption
  • •Medically compromised patients
  • •Patients with TMJ problems and reduced mouth opening
  • •Pregnant and lactating women
  • •Patients on antibiotic and steroid therapy
  • •Patients facing pain 14 days after placement of intracranial medicament
