Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion Criteria
- •Mandibular premolars with single root single canal
- •Teeth with symptomatic irreversible pulpitis
- •Teeth with peri apical index score less than 2
- •Patients ready to give written informed consent
- •Cases with apical extrusion of sealer
Exclusion Criteria
- •Non restorable and periodontally compromised teeth
- •Teeth with calcification and resorption
- •Medically compromised patients
- •Patients with TMJ problems and reduced mouth opening
- •Pregnant and lactating women
- •Patients on antibiotic and steroid therapy
- •Patients facing pain 14 days after placement of intracranial medicament
