- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Healthy individuals without any medical history requiring root canal treatment.
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Age from 18 years and above.
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?First and second molars indicated for root canal treatment with negative response on electric pulp test and cold test
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Necrosed teeth with primary endodontic lesion size < 2mm.
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Patient who give consent for the treatment.
排除标准
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Tooth with Root fractures,
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Teeth requiring retreatment and previously accessed teeth.
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Tooth with large periapical lesion
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Tooth with primary perio and secondary endodontic lesions
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Patients with the history of antibiotic consumption within past one month, history of analgesic intake within past 24 hours
- •Ã¯Æ?Ë?Patients with known history of allergy
