- •1.Single rooted teeth with single canal and pulp necrosis
- •2.Primary endodontic infection
- •3.Radiographic evidence of apical periodontitis verified with CBCT
排除标准
- •1.Teeth which are diagnosed with periodontal problems and with periodontal pocket of more than 4mm
- •2.Teeth which were previously treated with root canal procedure
- •3.Patient who received antibiotic in past 3 months and
- •4.Teeth which cannot be isolated by rubber dam
