Inclusion Criteria

having signs and symptoms of mild to moderate dry eye syndrome ( burning sensation, foreign body or gritty sensation ocular fatigue redness of eyes excessive blinking photophobia

Exclusion Criteria

known case of congenital anomalies of eyes. Any acute infective condition of eyes. Any tumor of eyes.

Severe dry eye with corneal involvement

to compare the effectiveness of treatments over the period of time in the management of Dry eye syndrome. <br/ ><br>to compare the efficacy of Mridwikadi phanta netra parishek with and without carboxymethyl cellulose 0.5% eye drops.Timepoint: 15 days treatment in which eye drops for 15 days and netra parishek for 7 days with two followups on 7th and 15th day.
