- To evaluate dermoscopic findings of melanocytic nevi before shave excision and after healing of the excised site, in subjects seeking mole excision.

简要总结
Dermoscopy is a non-invasive OPD procedure.
Histopathological findings will add to diagnose accurately.
This study will help us gain about the clinical and dermoscopic finding in melanocytic nevi before and after shave excision that may eventually reveal predictors of recurrence aftershave biopsy.
Our data can then be useful in clinical scenarios when deciding which nevi patient and lesions should be considered for the surgical excision and counsel the patients accordingly who especially come for the aesthetic reason of mole removal.

入选标准
- •Patients of age 18 years and above.
- •Patients presenting with clinical features of Melanocytic nevi (who fit into the definition of melanocytic neoplasia) will be included in the study.
- •Patients who voluntarily request for the removal of the Melanocytic nevi.
- •Moles of size not more than 1 cm.
- •Patient who are willing to give informed written consent for enrollment into the study.
排除标准
- •Patients who are not willing to give consent.
- •Irritated, infected or complicated melanocytic nevi.
- •Other causes of hyperpigmented macules and papules that do not fit into the definition of melanocytic nevi like seborrheic keratoses, ephelides, lentigines, melanoma, basal cell carcinoma, hemangioma, angioma angiokeratoma.
